Help reviewing FoxESS + Battery-only Setup – 50kWh, Dual H1-5 – Sydney, AUS

Hi there,
I’m based in Sydney (single-phase) and about to go ahead with the following battery-only solar setup. Just wanted to sanity-check a few things before final sign-off with the installer:
System Specs:
2 × FoxESS H1-5.0-E G2 (in parallel)
2 × EQ4800-L6 stacks (12 batteries total – 55.92kWh / ~50.3kWh usable)
I'm going with 2 stacks of 6 to get as close as possible to the 50kWh usable cap for the Australian Federal battery rebate.
Questions:
1. With the 2 H1 inverters in parallel, does this give me 10kW charge/discharge on single phase?
2. Does the 10kW also apply to the EPS (backup) if the grid goes down?
3. Do I need a DTSU666-H energy meter to control export limiting (e.g. prevent export during negative FiT periods)?
4. How many CT clamps are needed in this setup, and where would they typically be installed?
Appreciate any insights, especially from anyone who’s run a similar setup.
Thanks in advance!
