New hybrid 1ph inverter "offline" with LED flashing red quickly.
Electrician has today suggested it is faulty is this likely on a new inverter?
Any help/thoughts welcome.

highly unlikely to be faulty, more likely that it's lost wifi signal or someone has installed the datalogger firmware with the bug in it.
Can you confirm the inverter model and firmware version of the datalogger. I believe 2.02 is the problem with 2.01 being the required downgrade to fix the issue if it is a software issue and not a connectivity issue.
You can try to rebind your wifi module. Remember even when done it can take 10mins before the app shows it.

Hi Will
Thanks for the reply, sorry to be late in responding.
Inverter model H1-6.0-E-G2, datalogger, serial no. 609W6E8F496C093.
Self install, so I do not believe I have access to the firmware, do you? or do I contact Fox tomorrow?
Any help you can give much appreciated and I will buy you a "coffee"

Am I right I have changed my system from HV2600 batteries to an EQ4300 gen 2 system with 5 slave batteries. I am unable to change the datalogger s/n to the new and believe it is only Fox that change s/n's.
I have just emailed Fox with the three new s/n's hoping that is the correct procedure.
Thanks for your help.
Can I become a member of your remote service please and if so how!
