App says I'm offline

Any advice for a new user of Foxcloud2.0 app for my solar system. The app has gone to offline and we're offgrid. How do I reset please?

It's not your phone that is off-line, it is the datalogger attached to your inverter - the inverter will still be working it's just not reporting it's status to the Fox cloud so you can see it in the app/
Underneath the inverter there will usually be a wifi datalogger fitted which has a red flashing light - if it is flashing slowly (approx 1 second) it is connected to wifi and all is good, if it is flashing rapidly is has lost the connection with your wifi.
Probably the easiest thing to do is to restart your broadband router and if that fails to bring it back on-line, have a read through this post
viewtopic.php?p=5581 which has some useful information and also a video that shows how to re-connect to the wifi.
The worry is that it is a new install and the wifi may not be string enough where it is fitted and so you may need to ask your installer to come back and look at it.

Thank you Dave. Well at least I now know that it's all working, just not sending signal to my wifi. I tried the suggestions on the link you sent but a lot of it isn't there. So first thing tomeorrow I ring the supplier.
