Hi all,

These forums have been an excellent learning tool, so thank you, however I am still struggling with the app settings, and hope I can get some help.
I might be asking for the impossible, but here goes...

Battery EP11 (20 kWh)
PV 15.7 kWhp

So I would like to configure the app to:

1) Charge batteries during off-peak hours (00:00–07:00).

2) During the day, use battery power to run the house and export all solar generation. (If that's not physically feasible, then use solar for the house and export any excess. When solar stops generating, switch to battery.)

3) From 21:00 to 23:59, "100%" discharge batteries to both supply the house and export to the grid. (If this isn’t feasible, discharge the batteries during 00:00–07:00 instead (same rate) and run the house on off-peak grid power overnight. Still aim to use battery power during non-solar hours.)

4) Repeat daily.

You'll want to use the scheduler modes within the fox mobile app and have a force charge slot overnight and a feed-in mode slot during the day. You could also set up a force discharge in the evening if you want to discharge battery to grid and cover house loads.
This will do exactly what you want.

Yes all of that is possible using the scheduler

1) - set a Force charge between 00:00-06:59
2) - during the day leave your inverter in Feedin workmode, your batteries won’t be used (nor charged) and all excess solar over your house load will get exported - the batteries will be used normally once the sun goes down. (You could set a schedule for this but if you just leave the inverter in Feedin workmode it will do everything you need).
3) - set a Force discharge from 21:00 to 23:59 with an FDPwr of 6000 watts and an FDSoC value high enough (30%?) that you won’t completely exhaust your batteries and take power from the grid at a high tariff
