41340-EV CHARGER-No valid verified SN

My L-Series EV-Charger has disappeared from the FOXESS Cloud App and the Cloud Website.
When trying to re-add via app I get "Invalid SN ***MY*SN***. Try again or contact your installer."
When trying via website I get "41340-EV CHARGER-No valid verified SN".
My installer cannot fix it, and I have an open ticket with the FOXESS support since May 26th, which doesn't see progress, despite even calling per phone.
Does someone else have this problem, knows this problem, and most importantly knows how to fix it?
