Lost plant and equipment visibility/data

Hi all,
US user case here. Hopped on the FoxCloud2.0 app this morning and was greeted with, well, nothing. The location, plant, site, equipment, data is all gone. I then attempted to reconfigure/reconnect the wireless and received a success message but no luck restoring visibility to the system or data. System appears to be functioning as per normal (meter flowing backwards, green status lights on battery and inverter).
Installer says it's probably an issue with the cloud and I should wait a couple days for it to resolve.
Anyone experienced something similar?
