Hello,
I own a Fox ESS H3-Pro 20 kW inverter with emergency power supply via an EPS-Box-TP. This works so far, but I noticed that the inverter's EPS output is constantly activated and consumes approximately 30 watts all the time. According to information from Fox ESS, you can deactivate the EPS output by changing the setting from "Free Mode" to "Master" in the inverter menu under "Parallel." This should only activate the EPS output if the grid fails. However, my H3-Pro (master 1.58, slave 1.06, manager 133) doesn't have these menu items. There are only "OnGridOnly Mode" and "On&OffGrid Mode."
Does anyone know what these menu items mean and how to deactivate the EPS output on my device?
Thanks and best regards,
Klaus
Most of the new inverters with new firmware have an always-on EPS circuit now.

Hello Will,
Thank you for your quick reply.
Do you perhaps also know what the menu items:
- "OnGridOnly Mode"
- "On&OffGrid Mode"
mean?
