3-phase supply with H1 inverter on 1 phase and house loads on another.

Hello, first post so sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
I have a UK 3-phase (3x80A) supply and 3-phase zappi charger (used at 22KW). Our house loads are all on one phase.
I'm considering adding a single phase hybrid Fox inverter, with EP11 batteries and 5 solar panels.
The batteries would be charged off peak at the same time as the EV and timed house loads (washing etc.).
I think the EV and house loads currently peak around 50A on the house phase.
I think this leaves enough headroom for the inverter to charge batteries on the house phase but would I be better putting it on a different phase? If so could the inverter be configured (with a 3-phase meter?) to balance the house import on one phase with equivalent export on its phase (so my net summing meter reads about zero)?
