Has there been an update to the v2 FoxCloud app today? Some valuable battery information is now no longer shown. Previously, I could click through to the Device page, then Inverter, and under Detailed Parameters, then Battery Information, there would be details of the Discharging Current and Charging Current. With an outdoor battery, this was very useful, as I could check to see if my charging or discharging was being throttled (or shut down entirely) due to temperature.

Today, however, the Battery Details page has three tabs, and none of them appear to show this information. I know I can find Battery Temperature from the Battery page, but now I have to guess whether the temperature has triggered a shutting off of the battery. I have seen the video with the spreadsheet showing the rough temperatures where charging/discharging is throttled, but they do not correspond exactly to my experience, and it's very clunky having to load up a video elsewhere to compare whether a slow or zero charge is likely to be a fault that needs fixing, or just 'normal' behaviour.

They may have just moved this information - can anyone find it? Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch that will be fixed!

Sorry for the delay but a couple of things to check.

1. foxcloud2.0 app is up to date from the app store
2. inverter and battery firmware up to date. check against viewtopic.php?t=1927
3. the exact data fields does depend on the hardware

App is up to date, I have now asked for an update to the inverter and battery firmware, and also asked Fox in the app whether they know the data field has disappeared and where I can find it again. Hardware has not changed and this information was available just over a month ago, but disappeared with a visual update to the Battery Information page in app. I'll wait and see what they say.

I can see the same thing where the charge and discharge amps possible have been removed from the app. I’ll follow up with fox
