Hi everyone, I'm a new owner of a Solar Fast installation and have had issues with the 2 Fox batteries since day 1 and no one seems interested. I was told to press the power button on the battery nearest to the inverter for 3 seconds and that did power them up, and still will do, but after a while it's all off again. The phone app eventually will show 1 battery and once it even briefly showed a state of charge. The norm however is everything shows zero. The graphics do not show any charge either heading to the batteries.
This morning it was off as usual and after I pressed the button for 3 seconds, I noted that the SOC LED on the case was green as if full but a red light flashing under the 'S' .This is on both batteries.
Any ideas ?

Can you provide some more information, what inverter is it and which batteries are they ?

It sounds as if there is a problem with the installation, the batteries should never power off in normal use - if they are call your installer back to correct.
