Fox Cloud 2.0 Password Error

My solar panels were installed 2 weeks ago and I've been using Fox Cloud 2.0 without any problems until yesterday. I'm sudenly no longer able to log in; when I try I get the message "code: 41038, Password Error". I'm not aware of any incidents that might have triggered this change.
Can anyone advise?

There seem to be ongoing problems with access to the Fox cloud at the moment so this could be why you are having problems - wait a few hours and try again, and keep an eye on the forum as there is another post about this issue open.
