Customer Handover of new install

Hi first time installing a fox ESS (Install others) what is the correct procedure for handover to the customer, all the videos and docs I can find show the procedure for creating an agent, agent adding installer, installer creating a "plant" in the 2.0 App. I also see videos of customer creating an account and adding their system. I would have expected once the installer has created a "plant" in the cloud 2.0 App, they would invite the customer and everything would transfer across with no need for the customer to start from scratch. What am I missing ?

Your not missing anything for the UK, the normal (and best) procedure is the installer creates the plant and then invites the user.
In some countries the installer and user are often the same thing which is why you see that option as well.

Yes once the installer has set up the plant details (name, address, size etc.) when the user is invited and joins it will all be there for them when they log in.
