In the iOS app am trying to set my battery to force charge from the grid between 1:30-3:30. I then have second setting to force charge between 3:31-7:30 but not from grid so my varied octopus car charging doesn’t drain the freshly charged battery.
I had this set this yesterday afternoon all fine but when I looked at it last night the second setting had reset to 00:00 - 00-00. I set it again, saved & submitted and it went back to 0-0. Changed it several times sometimes it saved for a minute or 2 but after a refresh or closing and reopening the app it had reset back to 0-0. In the end I cleared both charge periods so the battery wouldn’t be charged/discharged.
Is there something I’m doing wrong or is this a temporary issue? Has anyone got a clue what’s happening please? Any help would be appreciated thanks Jamie

A couple of things to mention sometimes it is best to save them, wait a few seconds and then either refresh the app by dragging down the page before doing anything else.

But i'm wondering if you have scheduler enabled as you cannot have scheduler and the charge periods running together, scheduler will reset them to 0 and turn them off. If you want to use scheduler, ignore the normal charge periods and use force charge as a scheduled item.
