Data Logger online but Battery & Inverter offline

I have a AC1-5.0-E-G2 inverter, 10kWh battery and data logger (dongle W6 version 1.04).
For the past 4 hours the FoxCloud2.0 app has been showing as "Offline OFF GRID" with all numbers showing as 0w. Both Inverter-1 and Battery-1 are showing as offline, but the dongle is showing as online. At foxesscloud.com the datalogger is showing a green tick "normal" status with 3 bars of signal. But the inverter has status as "offline". No changes to the home setup; wifi router is working fine. I have tried resetting the router, as well as unplugging and re-inserting the dongle, all to no avail. The dongle has a slow intermittent red flashing light.
Any idea how I can rectify this and get the inverter back online? I've tried searching the forum but can't find anything.
It's operating offline ok, but I'm on Octopus Intelligent Go and let Octopus smart charge my car, so am often having to change the times of charging the battery. Having to do this on the inverter itself is very slow! I've resorted to the default 23:30-05:30 charge times for the time being and disabled smart charging, but would like to re-enable it asap to get the occasional extra cheap rate slot...
Thanks in advance....
