Hi all.

First of all: I am new to this forum. Hello from nothern Germany.

Recently I got my PV system installed, which is 1x H3-8.0-E, 3x ECM(S)2900 with 20x435kWp.
I will use Home Assistant to manage and maintain my system and connection to Fox cloud is not permanently active. As I am my own agent in Fox cloud, I tried to upgrade my firmware as it seems to be quite old.
First I upgraded the datalogger (W3) from 3.08 to 3.18 without any issues.
As I wanted to upgrade my inverter from master 1.25 to 2.05, I got the problem, that I could not select the firmware version in the upgrade-form. It does not give me any option.
When I search for inv serial I can see my inverter: But in upgrade screen it doesn't give me any firmware: Is it because my current firmware is too old?
If so, how can I get this done?
I already contacted the Fox support a few weeks ago but no feedback so far.

Hello, sorry for the delay in adding your post for some reason it didn’t notify me - did you manage to get any further with this?.

The reason that is usually does this is if there is a lock between firmware versions, I can’t see multiple versions of the H3 Master showing only the latest and you should always do Master first them Manager, but there is a slave 1.03 which might be a pre-requisite before you can have the latest Master.

If it is because the firmware is old, it will mean that Fox will have to do the update for you as their support and dev have access to more versions than you can see.
