Woran kann dies liegen?

It may be that your string voltage has exceeded the MPPT limits - if you go to the Foxesscloud website and on the Inverter details page, in the graph at the bottom select PV1Volt & PV2Volt and search - can you attach a screen shot of the graph

Can you also post your Inverter Master and Manager (ARM) versions please

Unfortunately, I don't have cloud access because the previous installer no longer exists and I don't have any access data. The error only occurs sporadically. There are days in between when everything works.
