Load and PV data error, plus battery won’t charge

Help! Both my fox and energy stats apps are showing some absurd data around load and PV. The desktop version is also showing the wrong data, and this has been happening since about 1:30 this afternoon. I took the screen shots at around 8:30 this evening.
As well as seeing the wrong data, I am also unable to set my battery to its usual overnight charging slot - I get the ‘busy’ message on the attached screen shots. I think the problem could be with the inverter rather than the app, and that I might need to do something with DC and AC switches.
Just for additional context, I tried using the load balancer today to take advantage of an Octopus free energy session. I usually just use the basic settings, but wanted to discharge back to the grid before charging up again during the free session. The mode scheduler worked fine for the discharge, but not for the charging. I realised about 30 minutes in that it wasn’t charging and, so disabled the mode scheduler and went back to the basic battery settings. At this point, it started going wrong – the numbers went haywire and I started seeing the ‘busy’ message.
This might all be a coincidence but I thought it worth mentioning. I raised a support ticket with Fox, this afternoon, but don’t know how long it will take them to investigate. Grateful for any assistance!
Thanks in advance.
