Error code 44099

Hi,

I had my system installed in May 2024 and it's been working fine. However I have encountered a couple of issues the last few days.

1) When I attempt to charge from the grid via the Grid Charge Setting menu on the Fox Cloud 2.0 app it shows me 'code: 44099, Busy' when I click submit. The fields then switch back to default (00:00-00:00). However it seems the battery does charge from the grid as per what I entered.

2) When I Force Discharge via Mode Scheduler nothing happens.

3) PV is always showing as 0, and Load is showing as a minus number sometimes.

As mentioned everything was working fine until a few days ago. I tried 1.0 app and 2.0 app and I have similar issues. Any thoughts please?

It sounds as if the wifi signal at your inverter is not strong enough.

When you change the charge periods or use the scheduler, the app or website will write directly to the inverter to set the times, and if there is a problem with the signal strength or quality it may not be able to write the times effectively.

- has anything changed recently on your home network, a new router, a wifi repeater replaced etc.. ?

It can also mean that the manager component of the inverter has stopped responding, if your wifi is ok and nothing has changed - it is advisable to do a full shutdown restart of your inverter.
