App and website both say my system is offline

Both the app and website both say my system is offline. The inverter however is showing the current output and the wifi light is solid blue.
Hopw do I get the app working?

Has anything changed in your house, broadband, new router ?
It sounds like the datalogger has lost it’s wifi connection - the datalogger is plugged into the bottom of your inverter and should be flashing red slowly - if it is rapid and you haven’t changed anything to do with your broadband then unscrew the collar from the inverter and pull it down and out, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in and tighten the collar.
It should settle down to a steady slow flash after a while and then the inverter should show as on-line within 10 minutes.
