One of our Customers has this fault message on his R100. Happened only once.
What does that exactly mean (i'm not an electrician), and what can be possible Reasons?
What do we have to do (which kind of checks...) ?
Thanks in advance for any answer!

The inverter is measuring a current imbalance to ground, Fox say this could be because the inverter ground connections are not properly terminated or there is resistance between the ground and live cables - so a visual check of all connections to make sure that connections to ground are well terminated and that there is no path between live and ground connections (possible water ingress ?) or damaged conductors.
Ultimately if it continues you would need to use ground resistance monitoring to find the problem, it is advisable to speak to Fox support for their guidance.
