Setting my fox up for Octopus Agile

Hi all
Is anyone able to help me set up my fox to properly work with Octopus agile? My installers just set up the app and I'm not sure it is set up correctly as there have been sunny days where I have been away in December and no export has happened on those days. I am keen to get it set right so I can take full advantage of my system.
Regards
Martin.

On the app under mode scheduler do you have agile mode enabled?

No that is disabled and that is where I wasn't sure what to set up.

So you add your octopus api key under the site settings and then you enable agile mode under the mode schduler.

so i had added my agile key previously. When I then try to enable octopus agile I get an error code 40527 parameter does not meet expectations and when I come back out it shows as disabled still.

Something is wrong with your current schdule. I would clear it, make sure you're in self use mode and try enabling agile mode again.

So sorry for so many questions, no one has shown me how to use this app. I am in self use mode but the schedule is disabled so I don't know how to clear it. Any further advice would be appreciated.
Regards
Martin.

Do you happen to know the firmware versions? If I remember correctly, older firmware didn't have the functionality.

On the FoxCloud2.0 app, select the inverter, click on the serial number, and it should show you 3 version numbers at the bottom of the list.
