Low temperature operation

Hello,
Last few days my invertor (Fox 6kW) has been using power from the grid, when the batteries are still having power in them still about 50-60% available.
Happen about 4-5 times so far. Just wonder is it possible to be because of the low weather temperatures we have. What is the minimum temperature the invertor should work on.
Thanks

Yes it is low battery temperature, you can see the lowest battery cell temp if you look in the V2 app in Device, Battery.

Anything below 10C may see the occasional low power charge, the BMS does this to try and maintain the batteries operation as when it gets to 0C it will no longer charge (until it warms up again).
