WiFi Dongle, Fox H3 Pro 20.
Hello, I encountered an issue. During the move, the dongle was lost. I started looking to order a new one, but there are many types available: v2, v3, v4, v5, q1, L1, etc. I ordered the one designed for a local network (via cable), removed the old dongle, and added the new one to my account. The dongle shows as online, and its LED indicator blinks slowly (indicating a connection to the server), but it doesn’t detect the inverter. It also doesn’t appear in my account. Could you please advise which dongle I need to order for my inverter?

I reviewed the other systems I’ve installed, and all the PRO versions have Q1 dongles. Could someone advise where I can buy them or provide the model number of the dongles to order?

The Q1 is just an internal reference and not the name, your picture shows a Fox smart wifi stick but i'm not sure what version the H3 Pro (obviously USB) is expecting (I think it is version 3) and they should be readily available.

Where are you based,? I would suggest email your local Fox ESS service department https://www.fox-ess.com/get-in-touch/ and ask them what the correct version is.

But before you do that, when you change the datalogger you actually remove the inverter from your old account and it will no longer show in there - what you must do is to create a new installer account, then create your site again, add the datalogger serial number to that account and all of the history will transfer to that account.
