Hi all.

Came in today and noticed that i had consumed a whole load of grid electric.

Went on to the fox app and noticed that the system was saying 98% idle, this triggered the alarm bells. Whole system is only 18 months old. Anyway here is a screenshot from the error codes on the app.

I have tried turning the whole system off at the mains and rebooting everything. After the reboot the battery is making a slow constant beep beep beep noise.

Any help or ideas on how to start a warranty claim?

Have you also turned you BMS and batteries off ?

the first couple of errors are because you turned off the mains, the battery faults could be because of low temps / low SoC.

I would suggest you turn the BMS battery power to off, open the battery isolator and then turn it back on again and see if the BMS or batteries are flashing any red lights for errors.

If the temperature is ok >15C and the error still continues it’s worth ringing Foxess support and seek their advice, they can remotely check the system.
