nice system! I've always wondered if thermal panels are worth it now that solar is so efficient and systems like iboost or Eddi's can turn excess power into hot water.

Yes thermal works great and totally free as pumps powered by pv !! Fills cylinder to 35 degrees even in winter months when solar pv rarely fills batteries , so boiler only heats from 25/30/35 or what ever on the day to 60 hence less gas !! Plus there 85 % efficient pv ain’t !!!!

any idea of the cost for thermal?
