Hello everyone,
are the differences in permissions between user and installer access described?
I haven't found much on the forums other than that the installer can load firmware.
Is there more?

The installer/agent version is able to update or rollback the firmware versions, they also have access to change the inverter settings remotely, many of these you wouldn't change other than at, or shortly after the installation and some of the settings are 'safety' settings to do with grid compliance G98/99 voltage/frequency limits etc.. which could cause damage if changed without understanding the consequences - agents in addition have the option to download the statistics data in .csv format.

I heart that only one installer is possible. Is that correct?
Is there any problem when the existing installer delete his access and a new installer will connect himself to the WiFi module?
I have the problem that the cloud always say the the WiFi S/N is not valid. Is an other installer connected to the WiFi Modul?
Is a reset possible at the WiFi Modul or in an other way?
