Hi all
I have just upgraded to Fox cloud 2, checked everything was working ok comparing to the Fox cloud and noticed the accumulated income is totally different, on the original app its £361 on Fox 2 its £272, yet the FIT is the same?
Any help

Hi, yes the V2 app does calculate things differently - if you have read of this link under Total Revenue it will explain how it now calculates (the Foxcloud website is still as it was)

I too have just (14-12-2025) 'upgraded' to v2 and it's been a disaster as far as the management of Force Charging is concerned. The App no longer communicates with the inverter and changing charge times via the panel on the front of the inverter is no longer an option (frozen). I have re-booted the system (turned everything off for a couple of minutes before reconnecting) to no effect. I have tried managing the schedule from the Fox ESS webpage and it either 'times out' or tells me that the' function not available offline', etc.
Does anyone on here have a solution other than contacting the installer (tried that but no joy); Fox ESS (no response)?
I am concerned that the holiday period will mean that I will be drawing power from the grid unless the sun shines (the forecast is that it won't)!

The V1 app does still work at the moment so you can use that but if you are getting timeouts when you are setting charge periods it sounds like your internet connection at the datalogger is weak. When you write times or schedules to the inverter it needs instant real time access and it a weak internet signal would cause this.
If still unreliable you need to disable and schedules you have running as that will at least let you change the charge periods on the inverter - with schedules set you cannot change them.
