Hi,
New to solar and this forum as of yesterday!
Probably a something and nothing issue, but the FoxCloud 2.0 app screen with the house on should have moving lines to show the power flow etc.
Installers app was fine, my fresh download and logon with the installer gives no movement, which he could not understand.
All the numbers seem to be updating and working fine, just no animation.
Any suggestions?

If using Andriod you need to make sure that you've not got animations turned off at the phone/system level

Thank you! I would never had thought it looking in the accessibility settings. Switched on, graphics now working.
