How to get started with charging your battery at night time rates

I have been reading this forum and all the questions start at a point beyond where I am at.
I purchased a battery from Grant- Stores to go with my 13 year old solar panels. ( details on my app says 10360wh)
The installer set up the app for me and I am able to read information from it. Contrary to what the installer predicted the battery has actually reached 100% on a November day so I am very pleased so far. I was promised a manual but now the weather has deteriorated and I have EONs Next Fixed Drive tariff I would like my battery to fill up with cheap electricity without waiting for the manual.
On the app I have Force Time Charge and two blue boxes that seem to be expecting times and both have the words charge from grid disabled
Can you tell me what I have to do to charge the battery from the grid and how much charge I can expect from an overnight charge (12 -7)
Thanks VK
