Hi, i am a new end user, had retrofit battery system fitted last week which comprises of AC1 3.7 INVERTER, 4800KW ECS MASTER BATTERY and a 4800 ECS SLAVE BATTERY, when force charging from the grid during the night i can only get a maximum charge of below 4kw as recorded on fox cloud app, should this be nearer the 9.6 kw.?

Welcome to the forum,

The maximum charge rate is 3.68kW (Kilowatts) as shown in your image. The capacity of the batteries is 9.6kWh (Kilowatts per hour), meaning at a charge rate of 3.68kW it will take about 2½ hours to charge the battery from empty.

Also note that the graph is showing the charge rate (kW) not the charge of the battery (kWh).

As Reef notes, 2.6 hours charging at 3.68 kW per hour would be 9.6kWh battery capacity, but also note that the charge rate will drop when the battery gets close to 100% SoC, so the last little bit will take longer.
