Fox ESS - Error Code-14 - Communication Fault between battery and device

Issue:
This normally means your battery bms isn't communicating with your inverter correctly.

Solution:
Check the BMS CAN cable is connected to the battery bms/master and inverter port correctly. Some inverters have two similar looking ports, ensure you're using the correct port.
Make sure the battery is turned on and powered up

Cable is connected and was working but now battery is completely discharged and not charging at all even though the panels are fine. The app say there is a fault on the Inverter CODE 14 but there is no explanation as to how to fix it?
