Hi

On the app, I've previously set the batteries to charge from the grid at night but now the mode scheduler is disabled. I cannot see how to change it on the website either. I've deleted the app & tried to re-load.

Any help appreciared.

Is it greyed out or showing as disabled ? - if it's greyed out that means your firmware doesn't support scheduler and you need to use charge periods instead, which you can find in the app under 'Device', Battery, Settings and you'll see the Force Time Charge there - set the time, slide the 'Enable charge from grid ON', click 'save' then on the previous screen make sire the slider for that time period is on and click 'submit'.

If your scheduler is not greyed out, click on the word 'Disabled', add the desired schedule i.e. Force Charge, the start / end times, Min Soc 10%, MaxSoc 100%, FDSoc 10%, FDPwr 0
