Limit the maximum battery charge rate?

In Sweden we will soon have a new model for energy tariff which includes an element based on maximum consumption in any one hour. When my (newly installed) battery system charges during the night it charges at a rate higher than I even consume in the house. I'd like to set a maximum charge rate to avoid having to pay a higher tariff just because the system wants to charge the battery as quickly as possible. I haven't found any parameter for this, nor anybody asking about it, does anyone have any suggestions?

There is an option within the inverter settings to set the maximum charge current which will do as you want.

The charge current is in amps (A) and is the DC current going into the battery so you will need to know you battery volts to calculate the charge power.

You can see battery volts at the inverter screen in System, Battery or in the V2 app it is listed in Device, Battery, Info and choose Detailed Parameters.

If your battery volts are (say) 250V and you want to limit your charge power to 2kW the formula P(ower)=A(mps)*V(olts) will tell you what to set the maximum current to i.e. 2000=A*250 becomes 2000/250 = A i.e. in the example above it would be 8A

You will have to enter the settings on the inverter screen, go to Setting (enter passcode 0,0,0,0) then Battery, Max Chg Cur set this to the desired Amps (to default it to the 'maximum set it to 40A)

Thanks very much, that was exactly what I was looking for.
