Offline

Hi All
Following an overnight power cut I woke to find my Fox 2 app offline and no info to see or monitor.
I tried turning everything off and back on to try to reset it but to no avail
Looking at my inverter the dongle was fast flashing red telling me it didn't have a connection. Looking on the forum it suggested going to the Wi-Fi option on my phone and logging onto the w******** and enter the code mtmt2020. This didn't work for me everything stayed the same, no connection!
I found the following worked, open the cloud 2 app on your phone, click on the bottom RH icon called "Me".
Click on the WLAN configuration, click on your device (mine was letters and numbers) DL*****, then connect to network. You will then be prompted to put in your Wi-Fi password, the app may suggest using the saved password for your "plant" don't do this make sure you put in your router password , then click ok
You should then be up and running, good luck!
