Heat pump for the heating and water and sometimes the dishwasher because it's our cheap rate overnight - but these all take from the grid. But it usually manages to charge even with these on. At the moment not even one tiny bit.
This morning it seems to be charging from solar but only to 10% and then exporting to grid!!!
Checked max soc on inverter screen - says 100%
Just done another full reset.
And now it seems that the PV has stopped working, but may be a delay in the app
The reason I mention other house load is that they have set your importlimit to 15kW, which is a reasonable number but if your house load was close to that you’d see the same problem with the inverter unable to draw enough power to charge or power the heater - you could try going into the inverter Settings, on-grid, Export Control, and increase ImportLimitPwr to 20000, I suspect that’s what Fox may do next.

If the inverter stayed on long enough, I would. But the battery charged from solar for a bit, then completely discharged down to 0 and everything went offline.
Did another reset and battery offline and app and cloud won't let me change settings, nor will inverter window
Feels like it's kaput!
Back to the infernal loop.
Not sure what to try next...maybe eventually the Eon installer will come and sort it out.
App does now say the word Fault next to it instead of offline.

Ouch, sorry - I feel your pain
I guess the only answer now is for the batteries to be warm enough to come back on line and then force some charge into them, the solar forecast isn't looking very good until later this week so it might be worth suffering a high tariff grid charge and get them fully charged which will help warm them and keep them running.

I managed to charge it last night after another reset, woke to a full battery, everything going well until Battery reached 0w but still at 39% and now it's taking from the gris again instead of the battery.

If it is currently heating, then it won't discharge at the same time.

Looking at the graph it seems that the point your reboot issue started at this time was when the battery reached 40% SoC, this is the threshold at which the battery switches from self heating to using external power to heat.
Your inverter firmware versions are also quite old, it would be worthwhile emailing Eon or (probably better) FoxESS support to get these updated.

I feel your pain on this, as I've been having these exact same problems with my inverter for weeks. (Amongst other problems, but that's another story.)
The constant 'loop of death' drove me to the point of madness, as my inverter is mounted outside on my bedroom wall, and the knocking sound reverberated through the wall, making sleep impossible.
Although, at last, this particular issue seems to have been resolved, I'm sorry to say that I've been less than impressed by the glacial pace and general lackadaisical attitude of Fox in addressing what appears to be a firmware issue. It's taken a while, but now, after trying combinations of various version vintages, they've updated my firmware to the latest versions (bar the slave), and there's been no more loop of death for the last 48 hours. The battery is also charging and discharging as it should.
For the record, the old firmware versions were:
Version_Master 1.33
Version_Slave 1.03
Version_ARM 1.49
And the battery was Version_BMS: 1.007
The updated versions are now:
Version_Master 1.47
Version_Slave 1.03
Version_ARM 1.66
And the battery is Version_BMS: 1.011
I don't know why they've left the slave version at 1.03, but to be honest I'm past caring. As said, it seems to be working for the moment, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way.
Hope you get yours sorted soon.
I still have a ticket open for some other issues, so there's more fun to come!
