My F 3600 inverter seems to have stopped working. Panel shows “waiting . pac = 0 W”
I followed the reset procedure video posted by Dave Foster on here, but no success.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

The inverter thinks that either there is no grid connected (check all the breakers feeding it), or there is not enough solar power to allow it to come out of standby so again check all the solar connections are intact and any isolators are switched on.
If those checks suggest everything is ok you’ll need your installer to check the ac and dc wiring and the solar array to make sure there isn’t a open circuit.

Thanks Dave, unfortunately switching panels off and on hasn’t worked. My supplier is playing hard to get in touch with. I think I will go up and look at all the connections myself.
Also, when I try to access the inverter on my app it says it is offline. Is this related to the original problem?
Many thanks for your reply

Yes without dc power the inverter cannot start up and will stay in the ‘waiting’ state, so I suspect the fault lies in the PV cabling but be careful if you have a large array it can pack quite a punch on a bright day.
The datalogger will be powered down in standby which is why it’s showing as off-line.
