Hi,
Just had a 5K Foxess battery + inverter installed along with air source heat pump and 2.2 solar.
I'm set as end user and want to power the battery at night from the grid on cloudy days as I have cheap rate night time electricity, but don't seem to be able to do this in the app.
Is this installer level only?
At the moment things like bacteria setting have wiped out the battery overnight leaving us on cloudy days to take everything from the grid at an expensive rate.
In winter I expect it to be worse.
Thank you.

There are charge periods in the app, or schedules in the app under 'quick settings'- you can't use both but either will let you set up a grid charge.
Thanks Dave
Every time I did it it would come up as unsuccessful, but seems to be an app glitch as if I try a second time it then says successful.
