Hello please need urgent help.
I recently registered my Fox ESS inverter system on Fox Cloud Web using the End User role by mistake via the web interface.
Can you please give me clarity that end user on web and owner on the app is same if not then please, I would like to kindly request your assistance. How can i unbind my device serial number(s) from the current registration so I can re-register the plant as Owner on the Fox ESS Cloud App.
Here are my device details:
Inverter Model: Fox ESS P3/H3-12.0-Smart (Hybrid Inverter)
Battery Model: Fox ESS EP11
Please guide me in this as I have checked online but not found any solution that can help

Just delete your end-user account and register again with the account type you want.

i already tried that but no use ... i think its bind to the account so deleting will not unbind the SN.
