I paid thousands of Euros for my Fox home battery system, but it does not work properly. After the installation, the installer took the money and now never answers my calls. I cannot get any technical support and I really need your help.
Although I only use the battery in Self-Use mode, it behaves abnormally:
Even when the battery is at 100% full, in the evenings—when I have high electricity demand—it still draws power from the grid instead of discharging the battery.
Around 8 AM, the battery suddenly discharges into the grid, even though I don’t want it to.
Then, at noon, it charges itself again from the solar panels.
I have tried many times to reconfigure the settings and restart the device, but nothing changes. Some days it works as expected, but on other days it behaves strangely (as shown in the screenshots I attached).
Please help me resolve this issue. I cannot continue with such unreliable behavior after making such a large investment.
