EPD battery power low

Hello All, I have got a hybrid FoxEss inverter with Ep5. Since last 1 day I am having a power outage. Got PV as well as backup yesterday but today the battery went below 10%. Though the PV is producing okay (having good sunlight), system keeps on tripping. Even if I restart, the battery would charge to 10% then it would automatically start discharging and then would trip showing error battery low.

Any help would be appreciated as I am out out of all power sources now

Can you provide any graphs / traces that show the behaviour, is this a new system or one that has been installed and working ok for some time ?.

I would start by making sure your firmware on the batteries and inverter is up to date.
