I am trying to set my battery to charge from the grid before 05.30 am. It worked yesterday (12/8/25) but did not this morning (13/8/25) - when I checked the app it was showing an error code 64. The error code cleared at 05.30 but the inverter is still showing as being in error (the red light is flashing but the screen does not indicate an error).
I have set the app up as follows:
Battery Force Time Charge between 04.45 and 05.30
Mode 1 between 00.00 and 04.45 - feed in priority
Mode 2 between 04.45 and 05.30 - force charge
Mode 3 between 05.30 and 23.59 - feed in priority
Have I made a mistake in my settings?

There’s nothing wrong with you settings, that should work fine but error 64 is a DC bus high which can happen from solar DC overvolt or battery overvolt.
It has been very hot so this is a possible error state if your batteries are over temperature - note the temperature increases when the battery is charged and it nears 100%), so worth checking your battery temperature.

It is possible that your inverter / battery firmware would benefit from being upgraded as this was a problem reported in earlier firmware versions.
2 options - the first is to power everything off including the battery then power back on and see if that clears the fault.
If the fault re-occurs contact your installer (or raise a support request on Fox if they are not responding), tell them you have received error 64 and ask for your battery firmware and your inverter firmware to be upgraded - I would hope they will want to do further remote diagnostics.

Thanks David,
I have forwarded your response to my installer and await his reply.
