So, got my Fox Solar and Battery (EP11 and H1-Gen2) installed just over a month ago ... and loving the generation .. however, after reading some of the posts on the forum around firmware updates etc ... messaged the company to ask what they support ... the response are below. Just kinda wondering what my options might be ... is it a case of going to Fox each time for any firmware updates / installer only inverter changes (such as meter compensation)
I have removed the name of the installer in the screenshots
Oh that response from them is very disappointing to read.
If they can't be bothered to click a button once every few months what kind of help will they be if you have a genuine issue?
Good news, I created a service for this exact problem. Most installers think of themselves as hardware people. I provide a full remote service for just over £100 a year. I'll be your one-stop shop for your systems needs, proactively monitoring and updating as needed. Even tuning the system to make sure it's operating perfectly.
