Hi,
I have a KH10 inverter to install in a system where there is an existing PV only inverter installed and a new split consumer unit is being installed to take advantage of the EPS function.
Can the existing PV inverter be connected to the EPS side of the inverter to allow the PV only inverter to function during a power outage or does the PV only inverter need to be connected to the grid side? The user manual doesn't seem to provide this information unlike Solax.
The PV only inverter is rated at 8kw.
Thanks
Matt
Where to connect PV only inverter

The solar inverter can only be connected to the grid side, it is meant to be a grid tied inverter and will only operate in that mode (without a considerable effort to design an off-grid system)
The question is more about the KH10 inverter not the PV only inverter. If I connect the PV only inverter to the EPS circuit then that inverter will function fine, the question is if the KH10 can handle additional generation on the EPS side?
A similar Solax hybrid inverter supports this and this operating mode is specifically included in the manual.
