Battery Warranty Certificates

Hi does anyone know how i can get copies of warranty certificate. I registered then 2 years ago when my system was installed but lost the paper printout copies. When i go on Fox site and I put serial numbers in then just confirms they are already registered but wont allow me to access the certs to print out again.

I think the only way is for you to get in touch with Fox UK service for copies service.uk@fox-ess.com

I have already contacted Fox service but as yet no reply
