I updated the app on my iphone,
Firstly just the home screen vanished, then after a while all the data streams on the other screens vanished, and all the parts of my system were shown as offline.
I went to the web app, and the same thing happened. The datalogger and inverter are shown as online, but all current data values are shown as zero.
Does anyone else have this problem?
What's going on?
App update: all data streams dead

I have the same from about 50 minutes ago. All power values show as zero, last update 50 minutes ago but PV yield continues to increase as expected. So I suspect some middleware has fallen over somewhere. I have not updated my app. Website shows the same.
I had the same happen at about the same time - not aware of an update and I'm on Android. I think the app just went down, it seems to have come back in the last 10 min or so. Home screen is working and the graphs show the system has been working as expected during the app downtime.
The problem now is, I'm still getting the occasional timeout please try again warning, and my devices are still missing from the device page, so I can't change any settings. Hope it gets fully back up and running soon.

Mine died off this morning around 11.30, came back 45 minutes ago and has gone again - all zero'd out, on both App and web interface.
I checked on my phone and theres an App update awaiting so I set that going. No change after update so I guess its their back end thats the issue.

Something definitely wrong with the Fox cloud servers, multiple reports of problems and the site going on line and off again during the day.

Back on at some point in the afternoon, all the data is safe.
All the same, rather infuriating.
(Why don't they test it before they update?)
