Not Drawing From Battery

Morning all,

I have noticed this morning that even though my battery is at 94%, when I switch on an appliance it is drawing from the grid and not the battery.
Tried putting multiple things on, kettle and electric heaters, but just draws from the grid?

Did switch mains power on and off, and I could then draw from the battery?

Any ideas?

Sorted.
Call to help desk revealed a firmware update was required.

Resolved within 30 minutes.
