I'm a new solar, inverter, battery user with the 3 phase H3 Pro 15 and 3 x EP11 batteries. The FoxCloud 2 app shows Mode Scheduler and Battery Warmup under Quick Settings but they are 'greyed out.' Does the H3 Pro 15 support these features and/or do I need a firmware update to access them? My current firmware is in my signature.

Thanks
H3 Pro 15.0 Inverter (Master 1.58, Slave 1.06, Manager 1.33)
3 x EP11 (ver 1.06)
40 x 430w (3 arrays)
2 x Baxi Heatpumps

The 'warm' batteries are very new and as far as I know the inverter is transparent to the charging process, what I do know is that you must have the latest V2 app and the battery firmware must be updated to support the heater functions. If it is greyed out contact Fox support and ask them to update your batteries so that you can control the battery heater.

Thanks for the reply. I have been speaking with the installer today and they have upgraded the battery firmware to the latest 1.06 release. They said the latest inverter firmware is installed (Master 1.56, Slave 1.06, Comm 1.15) The battery warmup option is still greyed out so I'll bring that up again when I speak to them.

Can you let us know what happens please - i've just seen someone with a H1 G2 inverter get the BMS upgraded to 1.006 and it's now working ?

My installer has just updated the inverter firmware to Master 1.58, Slave 1.06, Manager 1.33. This has now enabled Mode Scheduler in the FoxCloud android app ver 2.1.37. Battery warmup is still greyed out. The EP11s are at firmware 1.06.

Thanks for the feedback - have Fox been involved yet to diagnose ?

I've read from other users that all batteries have to be EP11's with heaters, apparently it won't work if one of them isn't ?

No, I haven't contacted Fox about the warmup issue yet. I've just checked and all three batteries have the same Warm sticker with the serial number and QR code on them. I'm not too worried about the warmup feature now that the weather has improved as they are located inside a garage, but I will chase the installer for firmware updates periodically.
