Here's a challenging question if anyone knows the answer ! My installer, it now turns out, picked up 2x MIRA 25s for my install last year in place of the HV2600s, he had quoted.
He's now offering to replace the 2 batteries and the BMS or give me an extra MIRA 25 because I was concerned about my poor useful battery capacity. I attach the latest datasheets for both - they imply the HV2600 may have better life and possibly more capacity. The biggest difference is in the weight which is 10% lower for the MIRA so something is not included !
Can anyone tell me if I accept a 3rd battery if I am shooting myself in the foot with less effective capacity in the long term (eg warranty claim period may be reduced) ?
Many thanks for any solid information - I can't imagine why Fox ESS have 2 such similar but also different products which must confuse us poor users as it clearly does some installers.
