Hi everyone
We had our system installed earlier this week. Really happy with it. Details as follows:
11 x Tiger Neo Panels (N Type)
FoxESS H1 SERIES (G2) Hybrid
Inverter
FoxESS EP5
5.18kWh of Battery Storage
It's great, but I am really struggling to get the battery to charge from the grid overnight. When the installers were here, they said I just needed to set the battery to charge from grid during certain times, in the app. I've done that, but so far it has failed to charge (I get cheap energy between midnight and 5am each day, so want to top up my battery each day during these times).
I've tried to do this via the App and also on the online web portal but without success. I've attached some screenshots as below to show how i've set it up and was hoping the forum could tell me if I've done this correctly or perhaps missed some settings?
Many thanks in advance.
Simon

Hi, in the V2 app on the 'house' page can you swipe left and you will see some rings that show self usage - below that is a graph that shows your load, grid use, battery use and solar generated and below that is your battery soc - can you screen shot that screen please as it should show any attempt to charge.
Your settings look correct but the one thing I can see is that your battery temperature is 7C which is low, charging will be throttled and erratic at this temperature and the batteries will stop charging altogether as they approach 0C.
