Hi everyone,
Hope someone can help, I had error code 222 this morning showing on the inverter - switched the battery off and on and it has cleared. However it is now not prioritising the battery charge over the export, the mode is on self use, min SOC is 10% and so is the reserve capacity, not force charge time scheduled. (I am controlling via the new app).
Thank you in advance,
Luke.

If you turned the battery off and not the inverter as well, there is a good chance that the inverter thinks the battery has a problem.Luke123 wrote: Thu Jan 02, 2025 2:19 pm Hi everyone,

Simple things to check (some you have done already) -
- you have no charge periods set and if not being used that they are set to 00:00-00:00
- you have no schedules enabled
- the minsoc and minsoc on grid (aka battery reserve) both set to 10%
- your batteries are not below 0C
Once you have checked all of those, if you still have a problem you will need to restart the whole system - there is a video in guides https://foxesscommunity.com/viewtopic.php?t=5
Basically you turn off and isolate PV, turn off and isolate the inverters AC feed, power off the battery, open the dc isolator on the battery - wait for the inverter display to go blank then reverse the process.
